• A booking or enquiry is confirmed only after confirmation from Jagwani Tour and Travels.
• Availability and prices may change until the booking is confirmed.
• The customer must provide accurate information while making an enquiry or booking.
• Any incorrect information provided by the customer may affect the booking or travel arrangements.

3. Pricing

• Prices shown on the website are subject to availability and may change.
• Final pricing will be confirmed before booking.
• Additional charges may apply for services or requirements not included in the agreed package.
• Prices may vary during peak seasons, holidays and special travel periods.

4. Domestic Transportation

For transportation services within India, vehicle availability depends on the selected vehicle and travel date.

Available vehicles may include Toyota Innova, Maruti Swift Dzire and Maruti Ertiga, subject to availability.

Vehicle-related services, pickup points, routes and charges will be confirmed before the booking.

5. International Travel

For international travel services, customers are responsible for providing valid travel documents, including passports, visas and other documents required for their destination.

Visa approval is decided by the relevant embassy or immigration authority. Jagwani Tour and Travels does not guarantee visa approval.

Flight schedules, airline rules and other travel arrangements are subject to the respective service provider.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide correct personal and travel information.
• Carry all required travel documents.
• Follow airline, immigration and destination-country rules.
• Follow the agreed booking and payment terms.
• Inform us as soon as possible about any change in travel plans.

7. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation and amendment charges depend on the service provider, airline, package and time of cancellation.

Any applicable refund will be processed according to the cancellation terms of the relevant service provider.

8. Delays & Changes by Service Providers

Flights, transportation and other travel services may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled by airlines, transport operators or other service providers.

Jagwani Tour and Travels will assist customers where possible, but we cannot control decisions made by third-party service providers.

We try to keep the information on our website accurate and updated. Prices, destinations, services, availability and other details may change without prior notice.

10. Third-Party Services

Some travel services are provided by third-party airlines, transport operators, visa authorities and other service providers. Their own terms, conditions and policies may also apply.

Jagwani Tour and Travels will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including flight cancellations, delays, natural events, government restrictions, visa rejection, strikes or changes made by third-party service providers.
